The United Nations (Financial Prohibitions, Arms Embargo and Travel Ban) Sanctions Act (UNSA) 2019
Mauritius
implements UN targeted sanctions to address threats to peace and
security, including terrorism and proliferation financing. Parties may
be Designated by Mauritian authorities or Listed by the UN.

WHAT YOU MUST KNOW
You must not deal with the funds or other assets of designated/listed parties, or make funds, assets, or services available to them.
Do not supply, sell, or transfer arms or related materiel.
A travel ban applies to listed parties (non-citizens/non-residents).

Stop the transaction, secure assets where applicable, notify NSSec immediately, and report to the FIU at fiu@fiumauritius.org.
Non-compliance is a criminal offence and may lead to significant fines and imprisonment.
